The Greens Machine
saves up to 15% of a salad's most expensive ingredient - dressing
adheres better to drier greens, eliminating expensive waste that
slides off vegetables into the bottom of the bowl. The Greens
Machine can also be used as a quick one-step lettuce prep system.
Simply place cut-up lettuce in the sanitary innerliner, rinse,
spin-dry and store in an airtight container in the cooler. Expensive
double-handling is eliminated, and cut lettuce stays fresh up to
three days. The Greens Machine is ideal for preserving green pepper
toppings for pizza, vegetables for stir frying, and more.
