Edlund 350xl Series Electric
Slicer
The new 350XL Series
of slicers are designed to handle larger items and more of them.
The opening, blade assembly, and pusher are 1-/2" larger which makes
them perfect for slicing cooked chicken breasts for fajitas, caeser
salads, or larger beefsteak tomatoes. The new pusher design
allows operators to adjust the start cycle for product thickness,
while maintaining complete safety.
